Lyle joined RCF in 2013 and was previously Head of Funds for RCF Innovation. He currently serves as a member of the Innovation investment team, Investment Committee Member, RCF Partner and advisor to the RCF Innovation team. He has over 40 years experience in the mining, and processing industry, specifically in technology commercialization and implementation. He is currently Chair of METS Ignited, the Growth Centre for the METS Sector in Australia. Prior to joining RCF, he was CEO of GroundProbe, taking the company from university research to commercial success as the world leader in mine slope stability monitoring. Lyle has previously held roles with Rio Tinto and Mount Isa Mines. He was named EY’s Australian Entrepreneur of the Year in 2006 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons), Grad. Dip. Mgmt., and MBA.
