United States
RCF provides a robust and competitive benefit package that includes 100% employer-paid premiums for health benefits for eligible employees and their families in the US.
This package includes Medical/Pharmacy, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Long-term Care, partially-funded Health-Savings Accounts (HSA), Short-term and Long-term Disability, Employee Assistance Program, Transit program, and 401(k) plan with a competitive employer match. Employees enrolled in the HSA or FSA plans could be eligible to receive additional employer contributions from RCF at no cost to the employee.

United Kingdom
Eligible employees have access to participate in a Workplace Pension program that provides a cost-effective and tax-efficient method of saving for retirement. RCF also provides an additional discretionary benefit stipend paid out on a monthly basis to eligible employees that can be used to purchase additional benefits, such as medical, dental, disability insurance, and life assurance.
Australia
RCF offers all eligible employees free access to an Employee Assistance Program through People Sense. This program provides professional and confidential counseling services to all RCF employees and their immediate family members (de-facto partner or spouse, and dependent children under 25 years). The service can be used for any work or personal issues that may be impacting general well-being.
Canada
Eligible employees based in our Canadian office are offered a robust benefit package that provides Basic Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, Extended Health Care, Dental, Long-term Disability, Critical Illness, and a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) through Manulife. Additionally, eligible employees are offered participation in the Group RRSP Plan and employer RRSP match through Reuter Benefits that provides options for employees to plan and save for retirement. An Employee Assistance Program is also available to employees that provides access to professional services 24/7 for counseling, coaching, and support for all types of issues as it relates to mental health, career development, life balance, health management, and achieving greater personal well-being.
Chile
RCF provides eligible employees with Short-term and Long-term Disability, Life Insurance, Accidental Death & Dismemberment, and Employee Assistance Plan coverage. Eligible employees are provided a health reimbursement for monthly health insurance coverage up to a maximum reimbursement. Employees are also offered a free resource through Sun Life Guidance Resources that can help with everyday challenges of work and home, as well as more serious challenges involving physical and emotional well-being.

For those traveling for business or pleasure, RCF provides 24/7 access to medical and travel assistance services around the world through Europ Assistance, so employees can feel confident that they are in safe hands if an emergency arises. Paid time off, including holidays, volunteer leave, and parental leave are also provided for eligible employees. RCF offers a mentorship program pairing individuals to support career growth and guidance. Lastly, RCF provides all eligible employees with the option to participate in the Tuition Assistance Program that offers support for those that are seeking a higher level of education or looking to advance their education in any way.
