Michele joined RCF in 2016 after having served as Global Chief Operating Officer, Private Equity at Deutsche Bank. Michele has COO and business development experience in private equity, infrastructure, real estate, and hedge funds. Prior to Deutsche Bank she was with Nomura Securities, Merrill Lynch, and Mahoney Cohen & Company. Michele manages all aspects of RCF’s non-investment related business.
