Kirsty Whiteoak is an experienced Executive Assistant and operations professional with a background supporting senior leaders across corporate, investment, and not-for-profit sectors. She joined RCF in 2025 and supports the Managing Director and Founder, overseeing complex scheduling, travel, governance processes, and daily operations. She also manages office logistics, vendor relationships, and events to ensure smooth business operations. Previously, she supported the CEO of an Aboriginal Trust and managed two early childhood education centres, bringing strong leadership, compliance, and operational management experience.
