Fabiano joined RCF in 2017 working on deal sourcing, execution, portfolio management and divestments from Santiago, Chile. He also completed an internship at RCF Denver in 2015 while working towards his M.S. degree at the Colorado School of Mines. Prior to joining RCF, Fabiano held various technical and strategic roles at Kinross, Hexagon Mining (f.k.a Mintec Inc.), RHI- Magnesita, both in Brazil and in the U.S.
